Features Civil Service Club
THE Singapore Government set up the Singapore Civil Service Sports Council (SCSSC) on 25 Oct 1971 to handle inter-territorial games between the civil servants of Singapore and Malaysia.
The Tanglin Clubhouse that housed the SCSSC on Dempsey Road was officially opened in Apr 1972, with the Council organizing a variety of sports for public officers.
Over the years, the SCSSC has evolved to the better known, Civil Service Club (CSC) of today, having moved across various locales before settling at its current location at Tessensohn.
The Club has also expanded its offerings to include two more Clubhouses at Changi and Bukit Batok.
The Club now caters for members from all walks of life though public officers remain an important group. This is Civil Service Club official app!Download this app to :-locate our clubhouses using GPS function.-chat with the other club members thru facebook-read our Fusion Magazine from your smart phone!-get rewarded for downloading this app-many more!
